The customer has to do a walk through with the Team leader and will sign the approval form to guarantee she (he) is 100% satisfied with the service. If customer is not present, after your own inspection, and you find our service unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours so we can correct the issue the next business day. Guarantee expires within 24 hours. If for any reason while the customer is at home, and does not want to do the inspection with the team leader, the service guarantee will be voided.
The Prestige Maids is a professional cleaning service that is fully insured and bonded. We are responsible for all payroll taxes and have workers compensation insurance.
The Prestige Maids provide all equipment and supplies.
The Prestige Maids employ reliable, hard-working and trustworthy employees. Our employees wear uniforms to identify themselves.
The Prestige maids normally work in teams of three or four professionally trained cleaning girls. Every team includes a team leader that supervises every task and ensures the quality of each work.
It is our policy that our teams do not smoke or eat in your house.
