Q. Do The Prestige Maids bring their own cleaning  equipment and cleaning supplies?

A. Yes we do.  If you want us to use anything special that you might have, you can always call us and let us know in advance.

Q. How do I know I can trust  The Prestige Maids?

A. The Prestige Maid residential team take pride in their work, receiving regularly updated training and supervision.  They are all uniformed, bonded, insured and licensed. You can always request referrals.

Q. What type of payments do The Prestige Maids accept?

A. The Prestige Maids accept any major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover), ZELLE: 678-261-7457, Venmo: @Prestige-Maids or simply leave us a personal check.

Q. Do I have to prepare before a home cleaning service?

A. To make your cleaning services more efficient, all you need to do is pick up clothing, shoes, toys, newspapers  and other household items prior to our arrival. The Prestige Maids can do it for you for a small fee.

 Q. Do I have to be home?

A. Only if you want to. If you cannot be home, you can leave a key on a certain place and let us know. Many customers also give us a spare key, and The Prestige Maids keep it individually coded in a safe lock at our office.

Q. Can I keep the same cleaning service team in my house each time?

A. Yes you can. If you like the cleaning service team we send out, just let us know and we will continue to send the same cleaning service team.

Q. Do you have gift certificates?

A. Yes, The Prestige Maid's gift certificates are available.

Q. Are you insured?

A. Yes, The Prestige Maids is fully insured, licensed and bonded for your protection and ours.

Q. Do I have to sign a contract?

A. No, our cleaning services can be started or stopped by just a phone call or an email. (manager@theprestigemaids.com)

Q. What happens if I need to reschedule my cleaning service?

A. The Prestige Maid works with you and for you. Simply call 72-hours before your regularly scheduled home cleaning service. The Prestige Maids will do our best to accommodate  your cleaning service scheduling needs.

Q. What if something is damaged during a home cleaning service?

A. The Prestige Maids treat you and your home with complete respect. If something does unexpectedly break, The Prestige Maids do our best to either repair or replace the item. Residential maids are fully insured, so claims are filed when appropriate.

Q. At what time does The Prestige Maids team arrive?

A. The Prestige Maids can't guarantee what time residential cleaning service team will arrive. Most homes fall easily into regularly scheduled cleaning  between 8:30 am. to 5:30pm., Monday – Friday. If for any reason you require a more precise time of arrival, we will work with you for a convenient solution.

Q. What is my guarantee?

A. The Prestige Maids offer a house cleaning service 100% guarantee, which mean if you notify us within 24 hours, our house cleaning service staff will correct their missed spot at no charge.

Q. What if my home cleaning falls on a holiday?

A. The Prestige Maids
 will call to reschedule for a more convenient time for you. The Prestige Maids will be closed from 12/25 until 01/03 every year.

Q. How many people will be in my home during each cleaning?

A. Typically, there will be three people in your home - a team leader and two team members. But sometimes you'll receive a cleaning service team of four members. Also there will be times when our cleaning service supervisor will be present. We also have teams of two.

 Q. I would like to get a gift certificate for a friend. How do I do that?

A. The Prestige Maids gift certificates can be purchased directly in our office. Just give us a call.

Q. What if I have a vacation and do not want my house to be cleaned while I am away?

A. If you are going on vacation and need a temporary suspension of you cleaning services, please call us to make other arrangements.

Q. Can I request the cleaning service team members to remove their shoes when cleaning?

A. For personal safety  reasons, team members are required to wear shoes at all times when cleaning. The Prestige Maids  wear cover shoes and gloves  at all time during the cleaning services.

Q. What is Green Cleaning Products?

A. The Prestige Maids use non-acid, pH balance green house products without alcohol, ammonia or other chemicals that irritate the skin and harm the environment. Our products are green seal approved.
